OKULUX private practice rules:

1. Registration for ophthalmology appointments takes place strictly online via the OKULUX e-calendar, available at okulux.co.uk, tab register visit. We would like to remind you that the system that registers appointments requires you to confirm them. Please read the messages that appear during registration. An unconfirmed visit is automatically cancelled after 30 minutes,
2. Visits take place according to the e-calendar schedule and an appointment reminder is sent the day before to your e-mail address,
3. If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel,
4. We do not make appointments via telephone,
5. Due to the high turnover of appointments it is possible to make a same day appointment. Such appointments are available on the day in question under the bookmark register an appointment at okulux.co.uk.
6. In addition, we are launching an ophthalmic telephone consultation for potential problems in acute medical conditions. The cost of the consultation is 100 PLN. 8. Stationary sales are conducted from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We encourage you to use the e-shop available at okulux.pl under the SHOP tab,
9. We ask you to enter the premises and the office individually.
